Doing sports and spending time outside always played a prominent role in my life. Over the years as an athlete I learned that a well balanced whole body fitness is the key to prevent injuries and to stay in physical and mental shape. That allows me to keep on doing what I love to do…

Working as a general practitioner I realized that a big part of our society diseases or lifestyle diseases which we mainly treat with medication,  could be prevented or cured with nothing more than a simple regular workout routine and a healthy nutrition.

For myself I found functional training exercises as the most practical routine to meet my personal claim for an all-round fitness.  A whole body workout including strength and endurance that also challenges my coordinative skills.
